2. How We Use Your Information

- Provide, operate, and improve the Tradeza platform

Other Users
Your public profile (name, rating, general location, ads) is visible to other Tradeza users. Your email address and full address are never shared publicly.

We work with trusted third-party providers (e.g., hosting, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

We may disclose information to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or lawful request from South African authorities.
Safety & Fraud Prevention

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud records).

Tradeza is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will delete the account promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
