This declaration pertains to the online marketplace platform known as "Tradeza", accessible at the domain trade-za.co.za, including but not limited to:
- All source code (backend PHP/Laravel, frontend HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Database schema and data architecture
- User interface design and user experience design
- The brand name "Tradeza" and all associated branding elements
- Logo, colour scheme, and visual identity
- Platform content, copy, and documentation authored by the declarant
- Business model, pricing structure, and feature design
3 Statement of Ownership
I, Jean de Dieu Nihorimbere, hereby declare that I am the sole creator, owner, and rights holder of the Tradeza platform and all associated intellectual property described in Section 2 above.
The platform was conceived, designed, and developed by me beginning on 9 April 2026. Development was assisted by AI programming tools (Claude by Anthropic) for code generation and implementation, used as a development tool under my direction and creative control. All architectural decisions, feature specifications, business logic, branding, and design choices are my original work.
No other individual or entity holds ownership rights, co-ownership rights, or licensing claims to the Tradeza platform or any of its components unless explicitly granted in writing by the declarant.

Private source code repository owned by the declarant's GitHub account.
Domain Registration
The domain trade-za.co.za is registered to the declarant.

The cPanel hosting account is owned by the declarant.
PayFast Merchant Account
The payment processing account is registered to the declarant.
Social Media Accounts
All Tradeza social accounts (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok) created by and managed by the declarant.
